I remain a omnivore, as we all are by evolutionary design.
For people who choose to go vegan, I’m fascinated by these commercial supplements designed to offset dietary deficiencies.
Veganism is a middle class movement and is therefore a ripe market for consumer advertising. Maybe jut capitalism doing its thing.

I reckon, vegan, carnivore or whatever, it’s all unsustainable anyway – given the sheer number of mouths to feed on this planet.
Atm, we have the luxury of debating it all but in the not too distant future hundreds of millions of us could be dying by climate induced food insecurity.
Or even by nuclear war….
