Amazingly, he makes a terrible mistake when he mentions the removal of fiber from processed food. Nobody needs fiber. It has zero nutrional value. Its removal has absolutely nothing to do with the metabolic syndrome epidemic….

Sick, but well enough to work. I had a therapist that would rage about this. Sure, enough visits to make you able to go back to work, but never enough to make someone flourish.
In the US, this attitude radiates from everywhere. We’re lost.
I’m certain that the big players in the processed food industry also have shares and cross ownership in the pharmaceutical industry. And vice versa.
